SR 2 PIPE STRUTS

Type: light, medium, heavy 

  • multi-element, double-acting (asymmetric) pipe struts between doorways, SR2 type: light, medium, heavy, intended for use in underground headings of mining plants to stabilize the doorways of gate supports made of sections V25 (light), V29 (medium), V32, V34, V36 (heavy), 
  • SR2 pipe struts type: light, medium, heavy are used in underground headings of mining plants classified as "a", "b" or "c" methane explosion hazard level and class A or B coal dust explosion hazard,
  • stabilization of the doorways using SR2 pipe struts results in the creation of a structure of connected doorways, which, together with the lining mashes, become the mining lining of  headings, 
  • SR2 pipe struts are adapted to the range of doorway spacing from 300 to 1500 mm (V25, V29) or from 300 to 1250 mm (V32, V34, V36). The range of doorway spacing from 500 to 1500 mm is consistent with point 3.5 of the PN-G-15000-7:1996 standard. Ranges from 300 to 500 mm are made at the customer's request and used in the construction of arches, intersections and branches.

  • adjustable, multi-element, double-acting (asymmetric) pipe struts between doorways, SRreg type: light, medium, heavy, intended for use in underground workings of mining plants to stabilize the doorways of roadway supports made of V25 (light), V29 (medium), V32, V34, V36 sections (heavy), 
  • SRreg adjustable pipe struts type: light, medium, heavy are used in underground workings of mining plants classified as "a", "b" or "c" methane explosion hazard level and class A or B coal dust explosion hazard, when it is necessary to maintain variable spacing of doorways on the right and left side walls. 

 

This situation occurs especially in the case of 

  • execution of intersections. 
  • making fork branches/junctions 
  • construction of curved gates

Adjustable pipe struts SRreg type: light, medium, heavy are adapted to the range of spacing from 400 to 1000 mm and adjustment ranges (0÷100, 0÷150, 0÷200, 0÷250mm) depending on the required minimum doorway spacing. The range of doorway spacings from 500 to 1000 mm and struts with a minimum adjustment range of at least 0.15 mm are in accordance with point 3.5 of the PN-G-15000-7:1996 standard. Other strut spacing ranges with an adjustment range of less than 0.15 mm are made at the customer's request.
